Nicky is the most wonderful clerk I have ever encountered in my 80years of life. She is always pleasant, helpful, cheerful and willing to go the extra mile to assure total satisfaction with my USPS encounters. Clerk Nicky makes me want to come to the post office and use its services. She is just the best.I can only hope upper management realizes what an absolute gem of a partner they have in this wonderful person and recognizes her for the treasure they have.Sincerely, David Mandel

Postmistress Nicky is simply fabulous - always smiling, pleasant, helpful.She actually makes stopping by the post office a moment to look forward to in my day. I can only hope the powers that be running the USPS recognize what a wonderful teammember they have in Nicky. I certainly do.

My favorite post office! By far the quickest in orange county. Nicki always knows how to help with any questions I have. She is amazing and 5stars isn't enough for the service she gives!

Wonderful, friendly service. I have two post offices closer to where i live but i go out of my way to go to the one in Sugar Loaf. Nicki is the absolute best!

Small post office, limited parking available. Staff very polite and friendly every time I’ve gone.

Do not use this post office in its current form . There use to be two employees there.. an older white guy and a middle aged woman with reddish hair, both a pleasure to see. Even though i was new to the area i could see that these 2 new everyone by name. Now... A new guy is there.. a black guy who refused my order cuz i didnt have my credit card signed on the back so i offered to provide 2 forms of photo ID ( which is the USPS Policy). Still refused to do it.. when your company/business is losing $7 billion a year, maybe u should be a little bit more friendly. My wife went in there to mail something foriegn & he was rude to her, asking sarcastic questions.. just go to chester or warwick...much much nicer..
