delivery is consistent but they seem to have a tendency to hold packages until the scheduled delivery day of no reason when no other carrier does this.

Excellent service!I have never encountered a disagreeable worker here. Each time I go there, they are always friendly, smiling, helpful, and efficient.They should give a course to other retail clerks!!

The person in charge of UPS took the wrong address and it was necessary to get to the warehouse, which is far from everything and close to nothing, an hour away. No one took responsibility. The place is difficult to find hidden in the swamp. You leave the vehicle outside and enter through the warehouse parking lot. You open the door and there is someone who assists you.

The facility opens at 10am and closes at noon for lunch.The staff member was polite and helpful. He made the process easy.

There is a shift change between 12:00pm-1:00pm and unfortunately, no overlap. It's not a lunchbreak.It was the best 5 years of my 32 years at UPS to be a part of this facility. I truly enjoyed working there for that time.

Most fast and convenient process ever experienced for my returns! I previously lived in Dutchess County and made my returns at that store location. No problems there really but long wait times for sure. I could see a pretty decent line close to the door at Chester Location and won't even huff and puff about how little of time I have to do this because I know the line will fly by in a blink of an eye! Great location in so many aspects! Extremely friendly staff too which is a plus!
