He showed me what was wrong with my battery and warned me that it is very possible that it will happen again. I had just bought the car today and he told me that just from looking under the hood for a minute it does not seem to be in good condition and I should get my money back for it. I have only heard wonderful things about this shop. Very honest and trustworthy!”

“I only went for NYS Vehicle Inspection, however my experience was 5 stars! They took me right away and I sat in a pleasant waiting room with free WiFi. They were extremely cordial and welcoming and the turnaround time was fast. I’m not from the area, so I first went to a Mavis and a Firestone but they couldn’t schedule me for a week! I saw Pepe’s mechanics talking with other customers while there and noticed what personal, attentive service was given.”

“I had a horrible sound coming from underneath my car, coming back from PA. I wasn't sure I would make it home. Turns out it was the skid tray dragging. I called Freeman's the very next Monday morning. I asked if they could look at it while I waited. They said to come right in. I waited. It was fixed in a half hour. Freeman's is a very trustworthy business nd they r very accommodating. Thank u again for helping me so quickly.”
“Nice, honest local mechanic shop. I've been coming here for the last 3 years. Johnny charges fair prices, does good quality work, and goes out of his way to help out! Over the past few years, hes documented problems with a new lemon car for me that helped out in my buyback lawsuit against the manufacturer, and on another car, when the brake service light came on, saw that the brakes still had more than half their life left in them. He replaced the failed brake wear sensor instead of selling me on a brake job I didn't actually need. I wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else!”
“Brought my BMW 328i to fix the front passenger side fender that was hit. I also asked them to paint the rear bumper, a rocker panel that I got off EBay and a piece of molding from the convertible top. The did a great job ! The car looks beautiful ! Dawn, Tim and Joel are great to deal with. Pricing was very reasonable and a quick turnaround time.”

I recently had my car repaired at Warwick Auto Body and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They were always available to answer my calls and went above and beyond to accomodate my questions and concerns. Not only did they complete the work on time as promised, they also made time to do a little extra work for me while my car was there. The process of renting a car through them was seemless as well.

“Living in Norfolk VA for the military. Needed to find a reputable mechanic to help my grandmother back home. My grandfather always swore by Freemans so my grandmother took her car there. They were able to do all the work needed, and change the spare tire. I actually made a mistake and didn't realize the car had aftermarket tires, so I told her to get the wrong tire. Freeman replaced the mistakenly ordered tire free of charge. All in all an A+ experience. Thank you guys for taking care of my family while I'm out of town!”
