I ordered an appraisal from Property One Appraisals and Rich Binkowski cancelled on me twice. When he finally showed up he was grossly intoxicated and was making sexual inuendos towards me. I needed to ask him to leave my property. He is a CREEP!!!

Rich provided a comprehensive appraisal for my property in Cornwall, NY. Working with Rich was a delight! He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator and was available to answer my questions before and after the appraisal. This was my second appraisal on the property and Rich took a much deeper dive into the market for comparable properties, this provided refined insights/data which is a tremendous help.
