Had my exhaust patched here last year. They did a great job. I just returned for the same service and the manager said they don’t patch exhausts. Very frustrating when you make a weekend appointment and get turned around with someone trying to turn a $100 job into $1000.

Worst Inspection Experience Ever.
Came back next day with everything fix
3 of 5 bays open, told I need to schedule a appointment.
Then was charged $10 on top of $21 because I did the work myself .
I got robbed without a Gun .

My car was all fine until I came here for a fleet oil change, suddenly after that, liquids started leaking. drove 20k miles & had 5 oil changes done in the last year, but only after coming here problems suddenly starting to arise, such obvious leaking from bad handling or deliberately damaging something so I would return.. they will be reliable for that, all of the workers 5 in total that touched my car.
How is it that more than two people are necessary to do a simple oil change, & change a minor bulb, 5 or 6 people who were standing around the car doing who knows what, right after, I notice that my driveway filled with spots of oil, only to move my car, to see the same spots of oil, coming straight from this "oil change" leaking... Transmission fluid, what did you guys do... I only came for a bulb change & a oil change, who gave you permission to touch anything else, and then telling me it's a coincidence that suddenly after this oil change, a huge leak happens to happen, emptying the entire tank, never having any issues before in any of these.. you guys broke my car and you guys will pay for it.. it doesn't matter why I came to you because the business provided me with a oil change only by you.. you guys damaged my car... I am not obligated to use any of your additional services just because the business I work for sent me there for a fleet oil change.. if you guys don't want to do fleet oil changes just decline services, I came only because they sent me there..
Five people throwing stuff around from my trunk, just to change a Small bulb I could have done myself, only wanted to support this local shop, but they wanted bigger bucks, so they break my car.. all of you standing around my car doing I don't know what pretending it's a big deal to change a rear bulb, will be reliable for negligence and breaking my property while supposedly servicing it..
All because I declined to buy their cheap tires he tried to sell me..?.
After this incident I'm realizing that I had the same issue with a previous car that I came for a fleet oil change there, at the time I didn't realize but somehow after using their shop for a fleet oil change many issues started coming up, coincidence???
Unreliable, unprofessional, breaking stuff... Fix your damage...

We were visiting from out of state and had to have our car towed here overnight with a badly damaged tire. They got us in first thing in the morning sight unseen, and had us back on the road home quickly.

Went in to fix a flange on my Honda CRV was told my whole muffler needed to be fixed. Turned into a $700 job that took 5 hours. Never returning

Their call center for appointments is not at the site, so there was some confusion to the shop. Made a late in the day appointment. Needed a tpms sensor installed and they thought it was for an 02 sensor at first. After clarification they were able to fit me in and install/program the tpms sensor for a same day late appointment. I am definitely happy with the service.

I stated that i can get my own part and I only needed installation. The Guy got upset because I did not want to buy the part from him and told me he does NOT install customer parts. The only problem with that is I have my receipts showing you guys recently installed my flex pipe which I bought myself .

When I come I see manager have fight with another customer...bad signal....he charge for me $125for fix flat tire and sensor not compatible with mi car....and he lie me emergency lights shut off when I'm drive....I'm now need paid new sensor and when I call try speak manager ,he no call me back......decided before try service in this place?

I was not happy with them at all.....they replaced my brakes and calipers and never tightened the bolt in the front ended up falling out and seized my front tire up ...also broke the control arm ... Wouldn't send anyone there .

Refused a service but still charged me for it. I was clear up front they were not. They could not figure out how to close my hood, even after I told them it probably needs a little oil. So three mechanics couldn’t figure out how to close a hood!!! Took me a can of oil and 3 minutes to get it to close. They also felt it was acceptable for me to drive home with my hood open. I’ve gone here for years this was my worst experience and this crew is easily the least knowledgeable. Probably will not be returning, at least until this crew is replaced.
