A fun place for kids wanting to improve the quality of their baseball skills. I have gone with my grandson on a couple of occasions. The staff are friendly and engaging. The facilities are great especially for indoor workouts during in climate weather. Check it out.

During the summer, my daughter had a fantastic time at Frozen Ropes, where she alternated between softball and all sports. Throughout her time there, she acquired new skills, formed new friendships, and thoroughly enjoyed herself. She's already expressed her desire to return for the next summer. We're grateful for the staff's efforts in creating a memorable first year at summer camp for her.

Frozen Ropes in Chester was a place I was trying to bring my Softball Organization to for years. We are from Canada and COVID prevented us from attending Frozen Ropes tournament for a few years now. Black Bears Girls Youth Softball has been partnered with Frozen Ropes for over 4 yrs now. I cannot express enough how fortunate we are to be associated with Frozen Ropes and Tony Abbatine and his team. If you’re wanting to change the direction of your program or child. I strongly recommend reaching out to Tony and his team. They are first class in what they do.Sincerely,Rob MoorePresidentBlack Bears Girls Youth Softball

Have been around the organization since I was a kid. Was part of the travel teams growing up. Great coaches and facilities. Without Frozen Ropes, I wouldn't have been able to become a collegiate ball player. Thank you to all the staff.

My daughter played on Tony Abbatine's 18U gold team for over 3 years. My daughter was on the same team as Tony's daughter and you could never tell which player on the team was his daughter. He ran the Team like a D1 College softball program. My daughter credits Tony with preparing her to be able to play softball at the D1 Level. My daughter always told me Tony, was one of the best coaches she ever had.

I have known Tony and the Team long before they were at The Rock. My son was a Frozen Ropes Rockie for many years. He just completed his D1 College career where he was on full athletic scholarship.Doing a quick reflection on the various teams he played for over the years (there were more than a few), including Frozen Ropes, Tony and all of the coaches helped him be the most prepared collegiate athlete he could be. Tony and all his coaches (NO Dads) emphasized Teamwork, managing through adversity (Tommy John and labrum tear), respect, hard work and strong character. That is the Frozen Ropes difference in my opinion.

Entire staff is always very professional. Kids love the tournaments and summer camps that they offer . I wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else . Parents complaining about bullying shouldn’t blame the CAMP. It all starts at HOME and how those kids are raised and disciplined. These counselors are there to work with campers not be bully monitors .Best place for summer camp hands down !

I spent most of my high school career and all of my college career playing softball and training at Frozen Ropes. My time at Frozen Ropes not only tremendously increased my skill development and strength and conditioning, but Tony also aided in my recruitment process to play at a Division 1 level in college. How to be a better team player, how to stay composed in high-stress situations, and how to be a leader on and off the field are a few of my biggest take-aways from playing under Tony.

Our kids have attended classes, camps, taken individual training and played on their travel team. We've had a membership and rented tunnels and space there. Our Little League partnered with them and was greatly enriched through the extremely generous services they provided to our league families. They have a beautiful facility that is maintained well, friendly people with legitimate instruction. After reading some of the other reviews here thought I should update mine as well. It is true that there's turnover here as would be expected in this industry and as happens with various other similar types of businesses. But the employees maintain the level of instruction that we've become accustomed to at Frozen Ropes even when new ones come on board. They have experience and execute against the methodology of Frozen Ropes quite well. Our daughter left and came back and was treated with respect and continues to get excellent softball reps and instruction from the staff including Mike Bertotti who has been there as long as I can remember. I'm sure everyone's experiences vary based on so many different factors but I can confidently say that ours has been pleasant, productive and helpful and by the way they have an awesome facility.
