Barbra in the office was acomodating despite the fact I was in a bit of a time crunch and i came in at the last minute. And the repairman Wilson had the job done within 45 min (fixed a bent rim, balancing all tires AND rotation) all for less the half the cost of replacing the bent rim at the dealer.
