“This is a top quality shop that stands by their work. I had a push to start ignition installed and it went great. The writing is all clean and they made it look like it was factory install. They even soldered the connections…no lazy, loose electrical tape that will end up falling off. I noticed there was a clicking in the unit under the dash and they took it back in and got it corrected right away. Since it was an issue with the unit, it was free of charge. There were no lies or attempts to point the finger elsewhere. These people have earned my trust and I’ll definitely use them again.”

“Not sure if I wrote a review several years ago when I ripped off the front bumper of our car backing out of the driveway and hitting a large boulder. I was new to country living! Did major damage to the car. Finesse was the best! They handled everything professionally from start to finish. Fast forward to today, I just went to get my car inspected and as always, they were accommodating on short notice and gave me great service. Donna and Jerry are wonderful people and I feel fortunate to have them so close by! (Truthfully, I’m suspicious of some of the bad reviews.)”
“Very respectful nice people they wall go out of their way to help you and if you need to get underneath the vehicle, they well put it up. If you ask them to they go well way and beyond to make sure you get the parts you need. They have a good selective inventory, and they know what’s out there in their yard, very satisfied I will go back. I got a trailer hitch for a good price. Call these guys if you need any parts that you can’t find around definitely will be coming back soon.”

I also asked them to paint the rear bumper, a rocker panel that I got off EBay and a piece of molding from the convertible top. The did a great job ! The car looks beautiful ! Dawn, Tim and Joel are great to deal with. Pricing was very reasonable and a quick turnaround time.”

“I called auto zone in Washingtonville and spoke to Mark and Nick on 7/6/2024. These guys went above and beyond on the phone helping me out trying to solve a problem with a Ford fusion. They answered all my concerns and questions and even looked into the problem deeper. Mark and Nick were very patient, courteous and informative. Not only did Bradley's do great body work, they took the whole unpleasant task of dealing with our horrible insurance company right off our plate. The insurance company wanted to pay peanuts of course. Bradley's handled everything with them and got the repair all covered. Excellent collision repair facility. Highly recommended.”
