Erik and his team are one of the best representatives that I've ever worked with to troubleshoot an issue. I came in with a trade in conundrum and Erik took his time to understand the situation and process everything for me. He even went the extra mile to package my phones and put them in a box. All I had to do was drop it off at the USPS. If you need help from an ATT associate, you should go to Chester, NY, they will provide the most professional and courteous service you can find.

Miguel was very helpful with upgrading a phone. He also spent the time to transfer the data and sync a watch. He reviewed my billing and found additional savings for me to take advantage of.

My original review was positive. Now, after a year of nothing but lackluster service constant billing problems, I learned that it was the store that set up the whole account wrong. They don't know much on how to fix things and never seem to have product in stock. When ever I ask about something the answer is "oh we can order it for you". Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.Also they try to get you to leave a review immediately while in the store. They ask you to leave a review while setting up the phone account. I bet most of their reviews are people who haven't even used the products they sell yet.

This is place is Scammy, avoid avoid avoid. Refused to honor a return of an unopened watch within their normal window and lied about it. Use a regular AT&T Store not this place.

Figured I had some time , so here goes . I have been visiting the AT&T store in Chester Ny since I switched over last year from another carrier. I have to say they do not fail to impress. The team lead by “Joe” is professional courteous and knowledgeable. (Shout out to the former Manager Bobby who was very helpful when I first switched carriers and is top notch himself) You would think what else would one want, how about, customer interaction and customer and engagement, the second you walk in the door you are greeted ! Never fails !! , no matter how busy they are ,there is always that eye contact and personal interaction. I would absolutely go no where else for my AT&T needs , and would highly recommend this location. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Great Guys working here they have PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, and are helpful even though I signed up a third party at Sam's Club. Go direct to AT&T store if you are thinking of changing carriers. .Went back again and I'm trying out Direct TV Stream. Very helpful again. ?

Today was my lucky day not only because I finally got my Samsung Z fold 3 but because of Miguel the sales associate who did an excellent job of setting up my new phone AND helping me out with a new rate plan.
