I was refused service for having 2 partial barcode stickers on my box that were not shipping label related. They only gave my the option to buy some of their tape and cover it with paper. Since this incident I have brought boxes with similar partial barcodes to other usps locations in the area including the head branch in Binghamton and asked if they would be a problem. These other branches assured me a part of a barcode is fine and then covered the stickers themselves to further assure me. I don't understand the point of this branches actions other then an up sell. I will not be returning to this branch anytime soon.

My wife and I were in the area and we decided to try the USPS in Chenango Bridge as opposed to the facility in Whitney Point. Jessica, Clerk #3 is absolutely amazing! She immediately greeted us with a big and warm smile upon entering the facility. She was pleasant, friendly and happy to help! I asked her if she had any plastic and padded Priority Mail envelopes available. Jessica smiled, replied, "Yes" and quickly retrieved an envelope for me. She was processing some reports in the rear and indicated for us to ring the service bell when we were ready. Jessica quickly processed our package and asked if we could complete a feedback survey about our experience. I informed her that I am a huge Google Reviewer and that I would do so. This facility is clean, well stocked and maintained. We will definitely be returning here to handle USPS matters!

They don't answer the phone! They called me but I missed the call. I called them back a second later. No answer. I called 11 times today throughout the day. They will not answer the phone and I am having an address issue with my package.

I have been trying to call this post office for days now regarding a bulk mail account. They have not processed a check I sent out on April 26th. They do not answer their phones and their mailbox is full so I cannot leave a message.
