“This USPS gets a lot of flack but they are all hard workers. L. Rotali is incredibly sweet, and was crazy helpful while I struggled to send an international package. He was patient and even lent me his pen, which is rare for post office people! If you're patient, they will be patient too.”

“went to usps in new dorp. steve was unwilling to help. he didn’t try to check the computer which is exactly what the lady in the right window did immediately and gave us insight on what was wrong with my package. rahmet then told us exactly what they should’ve done and why it appears this way on our tracking on the phone. great service”

I came in prepared with all my materials and she helped me put it all together and finish signing all the appropriate documents. She told me how much I needed to write on the check(I wasn’t sure) and filled out all the shipping information for me and packaged it all up.
