I do a lot of different yoga classes. Christina is my favorite. I love the the detailed instructions and her knowledge of physiology. When I attend other classes I use this knowledge and know how to do things correctly.
Cristina is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and is trained in Yoga for Back Care and Scoliosis. She aims to make yoga accessible for every age, body type and fitness level. Cristina teaches students how to perform the poses with optimal alignment and offers systematic sequences helping students to advance through the postures. Results include decreased pain, increased strength, stability and flexibility along with improved breathing, circulation, organ and endocrine functions. The nervous system is brought into balance and an overall sense of inner balance and well being is obtained.
