My Peloton bike was delivered and set up by RXO. The gentleman that set it up were friendly and helpful. The delivery was on time and I received notifications and confirmations at every step. An awesome experience from start to finish.

The delivery guys were very friendly and brought my Ikea furniture right into my apartment building's lobby.When I brought the boxes up to my apartment I found out how ludicrously heavy the flat pack furniture was! Let me tell you, I had to drag some of the boxes and boy howdy was I exhausted.I really wish I had gone to an ATM ahead of time so I could have tipped them cash. It goes without saying, if I could give these guys six stars I would!

Had our Beautyrest mattress delivered by RXO - super efficient and good communication leading up to and thru delivery. They were in and out in 10 minutes!

Excellent service, delivery was perfect, professional staff and earlier delivery than planned originally planned was awesome!! Rest updates from RXO was helpful and accurate. Strongly suggest you use this option.

Fantastic service! Delivery was early and my Peleton was set up so quickly I couldn’t believe it! The two gentleman delivering and setting up my bike were friendly, professional and courteous. These two know what they’re doing!

I am giving 5 stars because the delivery service was great my delivery got rescheduled twice, not sure if that was their fault or not though! Once they arrived the two guys were amazing. They unload and set everything up for me. Picked up the trash and took it with them and made sure I was all set with my Peloton before they left. They even played with the dogs. Definitely an enjoyable and much appreciated experience!

We were very pleased with our washer/dryer delivery today. Leo and Kenneth from RXO communicated to us when they would be arriving, and were prompt, friendly, and efficient. They navigated our more challenging delivery situation very well. They did a fantastic job and we would definitely request them again for a future delivery. Thank you!
