2 points for this multi-billion dollar industry. One not a single grocery bag in the entire grocery store. Two not a single open register other than the self checkouts. Walmart needs to recognize that humans have to be involved if you expect humans to shop at your company.

Store is always a mess. If you want help from an employee don’t bother because 95 percent of the employees BARELY SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH!! I understand equal opportunity employer, I do and I agree. On the other hand if an employee can barely speak English or barely understand English do NOT put them in a cashiers/service desk spot. THINGS NEED TO CHANGE AT THIS LOCATION!! IF I COULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 10 I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!!!!

I went through self checkout and all I had was cash on me. I went to a register that did NOT say that it was card only/no cash back, and there was no sign by the register that said there was something wrong with it. I paid, it took my money just fine, and I was supposed to get $0.39 back. It did not give me back my change. The register lit up so employee came over and even though the screen said "cash back error", the receipt that printed out said cash back error, and I said I didn't get my cash back, the employee did not understand. Finally after, no joke, 5min of me doing my best game of charades and trying to explain, the employee said "oh! $0.39?" Then went over to the employee register. I thought "finally!" But the employee then started looking all over the register (everywhere except cash drawer), I'm guessing trying to find change. After almost 10min of that I said screw it, just forget about it, its only $0.39, then walked out. Customer service was not open or I would have just gone there. Yeah its only some change, but to some people every penny counts! What if I had paid with a bigger bill and it was $15 I needed back, or whatever amount. My issue is not only was there no sign, and they still didn't close the register, but the employee didn't understand the English words coming out of my mouth, or the English words on the screen and the receipt.Another incident:I needed to make a key using the kiosk that's in between the doors in the front. It said I had to have exact change, which was $4.35, but all I had was a $5 bill and some change. So I needed change for a $5 bill. I went to self checkout (asked both employees there), the employees at the 3 regular registers that were open, and someone I was told was the manager. Not a single one understood me saying in clear English "Can you get me change for this $5 bill?"! I said it slowly and very clearly, I tried paraphrasing, I repeated myself about 10 times! Every single person looked at me like I had 12 heads! All I had in my cart was a Tops shopping bag and the one employee at the regular register thought I was trying to buy it ?I am all for equal opportunity and all that, BUT I shouldn't have to go through all the employees at the front of Walmart trying to find ONE PERSON that understands English and be able to help me and not be able to find anyone!! I know this area there are lots of other races and most don't speak English. I get that and I respect that, and I think there should be employees that speak different languages to help out those that don't speak English. But! What about those of us that DO speak English?! Are we just screwed now??

I am happy to be living closer to a Walmart again. They have so many different things that you need for everyday life. The store was clean and organized. Also the app is very useful because you can find your items easily as it tells you which aisle they are in.

Imagine waiting an hour in line for 6 items because not a single self checkout accepts cash. It's not worth it.

Asked for help from one lady that was working there. She was very stressed out and angry at me because I did. (At least two male staff members were doing nothing near her while she worked.) Cashier in the self checkout was very nice. Prices were not bargains at all. I won't go back unless I have to. Target is much better. For many reasons.

Will NEVER NEVER NEVER return to this location, if I ever return to any Walmart. Horrible customer service!!! I even stood in line at a check out instead of a self checkout and I STILL had to bag my own groceries their people were too busy shopping and whatever to help at checkout. Overall ????
