Don't bother making an appointment. I made one and they took 3 people ahead of me who didn't have one. Spent over an hour here to hand over my old phone because they were not able to process my trade in all in one day.

So I went into Verizon on Friday 12/8/2023 when I suspected there was fraud on my account rendering my phone service useless. I was greeted in a timely manner and immediately put in the queue. Within 20 minutes Dawn came to help and helped me through the entire situation with the store manager, Chris. They helped me call into corporate and the fraud center and with the utmost professionalism ensured I was speaking to the right people at the right times. Now this was taxing on me as there was a lot of holding, but both Dawn and Chris continued to check in on me and guide me through the process, while also offering friendly albeit still professional banter to keep me cool and calm until the process was complete. To Chris keep up the consistency sir. You're running a great ship and really putting a positive spin on a company that has had its lumps over the years and thank you for the recommendations! And to Dawn, keep up what you are doing! I mistook you as the manager for a reason and that is because you were so professional and knowledgeable. Keep up that good work guys!!!! Great experience overall and if you need help definitely consider going to this store even if it's out of the way!

Hello, I signed up for Verizon business two years ago. It has been a nightmare. You can NEVER get customer service because the res for business are during business hours! I spent 26 hours either at or on phone to fix problems in 2022. In 20/3 I spent another 16 hours and my employee paid four hours! And the problem with router still exists! Regardless each month I pay $80 though it cannot be used. I moved my phones to personal and owe now tom's of money because you get NO HELP AT ALL on business accounts. It is the most theft of service I've ever experienced and worst service ever too. You have been warned!

Don’t try to call the store. All you get is the National phone number and they can’t connect you with the store… Ridiculous! Especially for a PHONE company.

Was “taken care of” by a young woman named KC and I just wanted my phone activated. While I’m standing right in front of her waiting for like 3 minutes for it to activate she busts out her phone and starts playing a game the entire time.I asked, are you playing a video game on your phone? She said “I’m activating your phone” I said, “and playing a video game. She then said “it’s called multitasking” and I let her know that i had and would never play a video game on my phone while “taking” care of a customer and thought it was unprofessional.She then tried to make small talk which I was not interested in. REALLY hope I body else has to deal with that level of rudeness and unprofessionalism.

Came in due to my screen being half cracked from dropping it accidentally and the gentleman that helped me was great, I can’t recall his name brown hair down to about his forehead. Was not trying to upsell me on anything and was genuinely just such a help. Walked me through the entire process and gave me some pointers on my phone going forward. It’s always greatly appreciated when someone knows there job well and goes above and beyond.

Stopped in today because my old phone broke and I needed an upgrade. Jay was so attentive, friendly, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. Seriously, give this kid a raise.

Just went in to pay my bill and they couldn’t do it because (after waiting 15 min for the guy to figure out he couldn’t take my check) their check scanner wasn’t working because it was disabled by Corp.). ?? This is Verizon isn’t it? They are quick to charge late fees but they should be required to pay a credit if they can’t process a payment.?

If I could give a 1/2 star I would. When I came into the store initially to see what my options were to get into a new phone, I was offered a $1000 trade in on my S21. I asked if I would be able to pay off the cost difference after the trade in was received. I was told a very clear yes, I just needed to wait 30 days to allow the trade in to be processed. This was my deciding factor in purchasing my new phone. So, when that 30 days came and went I attempted to pay off my phone. That didn't work. I returned to the store where I dealt with another associate who stated that "if I had a brain and actually read the terms I wouldn't be in this mess." Due to the abhorrent behavior of that employee I kept calm and told her I would be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. She was indifferent! Since when is it acceptable to treat a customer so disrespectfully?! So at this point I have been lied to, treated horribly, and there is no resolution. Its a complete disgrace and slap in the face to a loyal customer. Verizon still REFUSES to do anything to resolve this issue.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had , poor customer service, short staff, long wait. Waited more than half hour and the end the manager said oh you have to return your devices through mail. He could have told us that 30 minutes earlier. If the staff is there to provide customer service then they should get a training. I have been in the customer service for more than 10 years and if I know I can save someone time I would always do that.
