This is the worst location considering I paid for a box there was a mix up with the mailing to my correct box the employees are nasty accommodating at all have the worst attitudes they should not represent ups at all they are a excellent company the employees at this location should be fired or at least given a course on customer service it was horrible

Called inquiring about a lost package , owner was very nasty, hung up in my face.. i called and Abby answered and she was horribly nasty as well hanging up in my face etc. because i was trying to get info on my package that UPS lost. Whether i called the right place or not in regards to my concern my problem was not handled well at all by them i do not recommend them nor the facility! They couldn’t give me a clear answer or a help on ANYTHING in regards too getting an update or possibly info im missing. I have called BBB on them because as an owner he handled this very poorly and was extremely nasty to a customer … and the employees are just as worse! No regards or sympathy to a customer who wasted THEIR MONEY because a package that I wasn’t even able to receive was lost on THEIR END

I came in yesterday 11/14 send back 1 item to Amazon & another item to Columbia mind you i had to pay to send the Columbia item back and pay to have my slip printed had i know i could’ve went to the library which would’ve been 10 cent instead of 2.61. I come home today 11/15 to find the same damn box i brung in to the store to have returned at my house these idiots sent it back to my house instead of shipping it back to Columbia. I done wasted my money, my gas & my got damn time for nothing like how incompetent can you be. Now i have burn more gas to go back to tomorrow morning since the manager isn’t there right now for a mistake that wasn’t mine in the first place! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!Edit went back in today 11/16 spoke to the owner/manager he told me it’s my responsibility to make sure the labels are off sir your the one who helped me Tuesday you didn’t mention anything but it’s also YOUR responsibility to make sure the correct label is read since you put the new shipping label on the bottom of the box instead over the old one or crossing the old out I’ll be contacting corporate cause your rude so i walked out i thought you at least knew how to read to be in management no need to reply again to my review it will stay up & i will never step foot in your store again. Guess i should’ve read reviews before ever coming here in the first place

John, the owner/operator, was so rude and nasty to me because I didn’t want to pay $86 to ship my box that would have taken 8 days to arrive when I explained that I could ship it via PirateShip for $21 to ship in 2 days. He got angry and said my package probably wouldn’t make it anyway which was weird since UPS is the shipper and against my better judgement, I gave him the box. Of course, he delayed my package. According to the tracking, it didn’t leave his location for three days. He is spiteful. Don’t give him any of your business!

Charge and his father are great. I've been doing business with these folks for 10 plus years. They always go the extra mile and have pushed my business to succeed. Highly recommend them; I go out of my way to bring my business to this store.
