Right by airport, front desk service very nice. Room had clearly had a long term smoker in it. Other than that it was spot on and clean.

Best hotel I have stayed at recently! Modern, clean and very comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet with omelettes and bacon as well as other offerings.Victor who checked me in was the best! Friendly and courteous even while handling a difficult guest. Not sure when he sleeps... because he was there in the morning as well. Great hotel experience! Will return when back in Buffalo.

Liked that it was really clean ... the pool is not to deep which I liked as well .Food & drinks: Right next to McDonald's and not far away from many more food places.

I travel a lot for work. I chose this hotel, 1 because I am loyal to Marriott, I love the Courtyards. 2. I was going to be hopping around a few different locations for work, and this was central as well as nice and close to the airport for easy car rental return, etc. To my surprise, the area around this airport was super clean and very nice. This is not typically the case. My room was stocked with dishes, and I love the full refrigerator and stove. My biggest low rating came to the service. I had requested for them to change my sheets 3 times before I finally caught the housekeeping on my floor making rounds and asked them to come in directly and change these because of the stain. Initially, that person said they had already cleaned my room and were done they will do it tomorrow, I finally convinced them to just give me the fitted sheet, and I'll change it myself. This was very disappointing. The hotel grounds were nice, well kept. Parking was great. I had an amazon packag shipped here, and the photo amazon sent showing the package being left at the front counter was nowhere to be found when I came back to the hotel that day. Finally, we found it. It was opened by someone, and the crew on shift that received the delivery put a post-it note for the night crew (who helped me find it) that said packaging ruined on delivery. Again, strike 2. I will not be returning to this location, unfortunately. The staff were all very nice, there are some definite areas of opportunity here.Safety: I felt very safe at this hotel and in this area.Food & drinks: McDonalds, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut within walking distance.

This certainly isn't the Ritz, but it's a comfortable place to stay. They don't like servicing your room every day, but more like every other day. When they did, they did well. The service staff could not have been any nicer or helpful. Only hiccup (not their fault) was losing power one night and no backup generator for the rooms or wall plugs in the lit foyer. Noplace to charge your phone.

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and the shuttle service was great. Walls are thin so we could hear everyone in the hallway. Bedsheets were rough and bed was very hard.

Had a nice young man wait on me. He did a great job was friendly and helpful. The suite was wonderful unfortunately housekeeping failed to put away an entire dishwasher of dishes. Other than that 5 stars for outstanding service. Highly recommend this hotelRooms: King size bed fresh linen soft bed. Slept well. Quiet and calm hotel

Landed and called for the 24 hour shuttle service at 11:05 pm. Was told it will be on its way. Waited till 11.30pm and called again… person said sorry, let me contact them again. At Midnight I decided to take an Uber (15$ with tip). The next morning at 8am I asked the person at the front desk for a shuttle ride to the airport. She called one of the sister properties that was running the shuttle and was told they were not doing the shuttle. She called another place and that property said they had the shuttle but they were not on shuttle runs today. Someone did agree to drive the shuttle over to the TownePlace Suites but when they arrived, that person didn’t want to get “stuck” on shuttle all day. He didn’t want to drive me so the front desk person from my hotel said they would drive me but the needed to find someone to cover the front desk. What a mess…. So obviously the night before nobody wanted to be on shuttle service and the customers suffer. The front desk person said I should have been reimbursed for the Uber I took……. I emailed both the Manager and asst Manager but neither has responded……. Seems all the Marriott properties share the shuttle but don’t want to share the responsibility…….

Yes it’s renovated and that’s why it gets 4 stars, but they could’ve done a better job with the TVs in the room, as someone who travels for business a lot I like to come back to my room from my clients and watch tv, but these ones are small and the sound is barely audible.
