For Black Friday I purchased the Samsung kitchen package in Tuscan stainless steel. The appliances are great. The problem is the the accessories did not come with the stove. I have been to my local store in Yuma several times and have not received the griddle, wok holder and the other accessories. I have a voicemail from January 20th the said they would be delivered in five days. I have been to the store once a week and nothing. I'm about ready to rip out the appliances and demand a refund.

Appliance delivery sucks. An $1800.00 oven was supposed to be delivered yesterday, in time for Christmas. I was home all day. No delivery, no oven. No Christmas dinner. Thanks for nothing Home Depot. Your delivery person claimed to have been at my house for 20 minutes, liar. I was at my house. No delivery. Even if the delivery person was there, nobody knocked on my door. What kind of person sits in a driveway for twenty minutes and doesn't knock on the door or ring the door bell? Even when the delivery person was contacted, they couldn't be bothered to deliver it. The warehouse is about 2 miles from my house. Is there any way your company can make this right?

DO NOT buy appliances from home depot they delivered damaged appliances for me at an apartement while i was in the hospital and refuse to replace them.

After waiting 4 weeks for a special order, it was wrong, this wasted half of a day's work for our contractor and so disappointing our work could not be started. Customer Service is an all time low at the Walden Ave store. Phone calls and visits to check on our order were handled very unprofessionally. No one is able to answer questions correctly. We were told the order would be pulled and ready for pick up the following morning, to arrive there and find out it was not pulled.

Absolutely the most unprofessional employee Inha e ever dealt with in the tool rental department. Rented a floor scraper and could not use it due to the unit having he improper blade (that they had me purchase) and missing the on board tools to remove blade. He continued to talk over me and tell me “ I've been here 17 years and I know what I'm talking about.†I will never shop at this location ever again. Went to a different location and rented the same floor scraper model and worked like a charm. Too bad this employee feels the need to talk over people. Shame on him and Home Depot.

The cashiers should refrain on assuming customer ages. It's extremely insulting to be asked a question about grandchildren based on an assumption about someone's age.

I went today to purchase a lawn mower. I had asked three different employees for assistance with taking it to the register. It's clearly to heavy for me. All 3 employees I had asked walked away from me and ignored me. One told me to wait a minute and walked outside with the other gentlemen I had asked before him. I am a truck driver. Needed to run some errands and instead of getting an uber I rented one of their vans . Was a great experience. Fast and friendly service. In less than 10 minutes I was already driving.

Rental dept. here is better than the other Home Depots. The Home Depot close to my house was calling this Home Depot to get my questions answered requarding a blow in insulation machine. I decided to go to this Home Depot directly. Very knowledgeable and super friendly guys. Recommended this Home Depot if you are renting equipment.
