Been waiting for about 1 hour just to buy a god damn charger smh they knew i was there just for that and they make me wait this long! If you go inside you will end up waiting alot of time cause they so slow helping the customers. Never again! 3 employees and they can't even ask anybody if they need help. I would of been gone long time ago.

I have already been here for 40 minutes with no help! There are only two employees, but they are sitting there with people doing absolutely nothing while the customer is deciding what they want to do instead of offering to help someone just paying a bill. So all you will be here for over an hour just to pay a damn bill. This is actually ridiculous obviously the five customers that have come and gone since I've been sitting here thought the same thing! I know two of them were looking at the phones and tablets and would have spent over $2,000. Real stupid way to make money walk out the door! Three of them said they were going to a different provider all together! That's Thousands of dollars lost!!! All because they didn't feel like multitasking. Sad!!! I am about to go to another provider myself because of this type of treatment Every time I come here!

Staff in this location know what they are dong. Very knowlegeble. Did help me with y needs, went above and beyond to save money and accomplish what i asked. Great Location. Recommend!!!!

I went to this T-Mobile location after picking up my phone from home to sit there for 45 minutes and not even get a greeting from any of the four workers and I’m sitting on the bench with somebody else and three people are standing. The worker has the nerve to call someone who is standing before me who’s been sitting there for 45 minutes and I explained to her this is my First iPhone to iPhone transfer. Can you help me she said I don’t have time I have other customers to help this is how you do it you can do it at home I would’ve never left my other phone company if I was going to get this kind of disrespect .

Service around the airport is awful. Then Tmobile wants to lie to me and tell me there's no issues. I know about 20 people who have the same issues in the same area. So, NO, T-Mobile, my stuff is not the problem.

Great customer service. Stopped in the store to purchase a prepaid hot spot SIM card and service. Chase promptly greeted me and assisted with the entire process including installing the SIM card and adding my service. I will definitely return to this store for all my needs!

I'm in your T-Mobile store waiting to get served and I got a supervisor that's supposed to run the store. He's on lunch and can't help his employees with a lot of people waiting. Very very unprofessional. Very unprofessional supervisors on lunch so he can't help. People management don't have breaks

I’ve been having issues with my carrier and knew customer service wouldn’t help so instead of checking out carriers online stopped at TMobile.Immediately I was greeted by Lorenzo who listened to my situation and guided me through options and promos.I’m so glad I took his advice, there’s a few options I wouldn’t have thought of or taken but in the end walked out with a new carrier/plan, iphone14, iwatch7, and a few accessories.I thought I had everything needed to port but had the wrong pin which delayed the transfer and Lorenzo was so kind about it even though I definitely held him up. He went out of his way to help and be friendly. He definitely is an asset to the store and company and I know I’ll recommend others his way!
