I had a great experience with Sam helping me switch to Spectrum Mobile. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Even with a unique situation having my brother that lives in NC on the plan, everything was done quickly and all questions were answered.

I forgot to ask the wonderful lady that helped me what her name was. But she was so super nice and helped me work through an issue that the 888 number had screwed up so bad on me. I could not have asked for better customer service. If she sees this review, thank you so very very much to the associate that was drinking tons of water.

Went to Spectrum because I am having trouble with my mass media messaging. The associate did a network reset, but I still have problems. She tried but I still don't know what to do. I am afraid I am going to need a new phone.

They try. I feel taken advantage of when I signed up over phone by a slick woman who must be on commission. As a retired senior with no tech knowledge she told me I could CONNECT MY CABLE...it's like baking a cake she said. ABSURD. At least they set up an appointment for me on 10/31 but I had to call 3 times for issues within 3 days. Screen said no connection? I called and some chick in TEXAS tried to fix it but no help. I hung up and 3 hours later I got an E-mail saying your cable service has been restored??? Found out it was out in area BUT NO SPECTRUM REP KNEW THAT???? HOW and WHY is that possible. I decided not to go with Spectrum phone after what I went through.

Time Warner changed their name to Spectrum to try to escape their terrible reputation. Nope. Still the slowest internet with the cheapest equipment, no options, no alternative. Garbage head to toe. Anything would be better than Spectrum. I'm begging Verizon to come to Lancaster but really, anything would be better. Get satellite internet if you have no other option.

Tried to go in as a new customer, with an appt for a basic phone to be used only for work and they were unable to assist me unless I wanted to spend a huge amount of money, or bundle with other services. The up-sell attempt was obnoxious and I walked out after about 5 minutes and went elsewhere to buy my phone for $400 compared to the $1200 (IF I brought my wifi to them too) for their "basic" phone.

I went in to return my equipment. Took about 10 minutes before I was seen but after taking to the employee, I was able to return the equipment and leave within minutes.
