Staff was not helpful and wouldn’t let my wife upgrade her phone that was offered on their promo. Had a list of excuses to not do it. Went to orchard park right after instead and had a completely different and great experience. Even told orchard park store why this location wouldn’t and still had no problem upgrading.

I went in today after having a TON of confusion on the website, just wanting to trade in and upgrade from an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 14. The website told me I’d need to put a $400 down payment on the phone, trade in my old one for a $250 credit, and then pay the rest of the phone off for 36 months. I am so BEYOND THANKFUL I got Ashaley as the representative to help me. She was absolutely delightful! She was friendly, welcoming, extremely helpful, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a better customer service experience in my life- and I WAS a customer service representative at one point! She helped me upgrade to the phone I wanted without any down payment AND worked her magic to get me more credit from my old phone, and I mean enough to pay my phone bill for the next year or more! She did convince me to upgrade my monthly insurance, but with all the credit on my account, now if my phone breaks, I won’t have to pay a penny for a new one! I don’t know how she did it, but coming from somebody who was with Verizon just a couple months ago, I will never ever go back to any other service. I’m praying if I ever go into the Spectrum store again I get Ashaley. She was really just wonderful. Thank you so much?

There was long wait to see a representative at the store. I requested a DVR at the store and he didn’t add it to my account which later at home had to be done a phone call to add it my account!

Very quick and efficient staff. I walked in, knew what I needed and wasn’t asked to buy more or upselled on anything I didn’t need. Such a smooth transaction. Highly recommend.

Service was unacceptable, tried to drop off box and was refused, told to take it to ups even after I tried to give confirmation that the service was terminated was told didn't care and basically told to leave...Then i was asked to contact someone, I tried few times and was unsuccessful...
