The salesperson was too eager/pushy to make a sale. We just wanted to see how the bed worked. Everyone doesn't have $10,000 to just hand out for a bed. Get real.

I received a call from the store reminding me that my points were expiring. I was asked if I wanted pillow. I chose the leg pillow to assist with body alignment while sleeping on your side. Got it in the mail and So far, so good!

While I know people that really like their Sleep Number, my wife and I felt like it was like sleeping on an air mattress with horrible motion transfer. Neither we nor our toddler slept well on it. We had the p6, which I didn’t think felt much different from the i8, a more expensive and popular model. You will be on hold an awfully long time with customer service, and the trial period isn’t 100% free; you pay hundreds for delivery and pickup, plus the mattress protector (which I guess you can always return).

Very professional sales representatives. Well prepared presentation to teach and aid complete understanding of the system and your personal needs. High pricing but hoping to resolve many years of buying other mattresses that have failed in less than a year. Discount offers are fair and reasonable but nothing offered for Veterans or First Responders. Overall experience was good but have not received sleep system yet….

I enjoyed the one on one service I received. Valerie was very informative & helpful. I just wish I didn’t have to wait 6-7wks to receive my bed. I need it know with all these doubles I’m doing.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated in Sleep Number service. I purchased my bed on February 20 and have yet to receive it. On three occasions of scheduled delivery I did not receive my bed. On the first date in March I received a call that the bed was broken during shipping... On April 1, I received a call 15 mins prior to scheduled delivery that one of the delivery technicians called in sick and I would need to again reschedule... Next date, April 15... still no bed. On April 15, I again received a call (15 mins before schedule delivery) that one of the delivery technicians called in sick and bed could not believe delivered.... The next best date for delivery is May 4th... nearly 3 more weeks of waiting... I understand illness... but waiting this long for my bed purchased in February is extremely unacceptable... not customer focused and extremely bad service. Do not know what will happen next...

Can't say enough about the professional and knowledgeable service and understanding of the Sleep Number products. The thoroughness of the presentation and explanation of the quality of sleep the user will experience is by far the best of any of the so called Mattress Stores! IN the end, the old adage is true...you get what you pay for...in this case, a GREAT nights sleep.Thank you Valerie and Rascheed!
