Very dissatisfied. I bought $110 part for my titan sprayer which failed within a week. A part which seems to be faulty constantly on these things, and generally covered under warranty of this $1300 machine. The manager, Ben, was rude and dismissive. He told me "Deal with your home store. We're not gonna eat the cost of your part." After this, I feel I have no recourse and should just throw the machine away, switch to Graco sprayers and wash my hands of S.W. support and maintenance altogether.
