Don't bother coming in, apparently they can't afford to stock the stinking store!! Ridiculous. Place oughta just shut down if they're not gonna restock their shelves. ESPECIALLY since they closed the next nearest Rite Aid, on Genesee st, you'd think they'd stock the shelves at least a little!

Pharmacy is terrible. The
Customer service and benefits have really dwindled in last few years. I had to go to this one because one on Genesee and Harlem closed. Had few problems there. Now very frustrating at this one. Drive up window closed often. May as well just take out. Staff is limited and lines get long. Delivery charges are outrageously high especially if have to have more than one delivered a month on seperate days. Staff is rude and can see frustrations on faces because so short staffed and over worked. Stopped delivering insulin or refrigerated meds. Then never sent out notifications on phones. Surprise! Not delivering your life saving diabetic supplies!!! And the phone is very rarely answered. Either rings 40 times. On hold for15 min or more if u get lucky they answer. Or just get disconnected. Then have to drive in to speak to someone about a problem if needs to fix. Doctors offices even complain they don't answer or put on hold every time call. Don't have time to wait. Need to make internal adjustments somewhere.

This Rite Aid is the worst store I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. I used to go to The Rite Aid at Harlem and Genesee but they closed down so I had to switch over to the store at Pine Ridge and Genesee and ever since I've done that I've had nothing but problems. They're constantly messing up my prescriptions, they're constantly never answering the phone. When I do get a prescription through and I go there over 2 days and they tell me they never got to it. It's been 2 days and you're telling me you haven't gotten to my prescription yet. I used to get texts letting me know when to get my prescription now the text goes through and I accept the refill and then two days later I'll get a text saying sorry it's not ready for a refill and I literally have one pill left and I know that I actually need it and it's definitely overdue, then I'm calling them four days in a row different times of the day and they cannot answer the phone, not even once. This Pharmacy is the worst and if this is how they're going to do it they might as well close the pharmacy down I think it's time to move over to CVS

Do not get your perceptions here. Worst Rite Aid in the world. They been short staffed for 2 years. They never answer the phone the drive through is always closed, bathroom always out of order. Just avoid this one.

I've never had a problem with the store in general but I DO have a huge problem with the pharmacy. Whenever my doctor puts a script through Rite Aid should get it, fill it & text me when ready. But I ALWAYS have to call first & tell them I have scripts my doctor put through and only THEN does it get filled. WHY IN THE WORLD must I do part of their job for them considering it's a pharmacy I've been going to the entire 24 years I've lived in the neighborhood?? It never use to be like that

The front cashier's are fine but the pharmacy section is a mess. Prescriptions are never ready on time even though they can be filled immediately. We had Madina Pharmacy before and they always had it ready whenever my family needed it and I think we'll be switching back.The pharmacy staff are rude most of the time or they just don't care. Phone calls are never answered. Sometimes have to wait an hour to pick up medication. Even whent the medication is ready, they don't bother to call out so we know it's ready.They keep needing the insurance card every time, even though it should be in their system by now. Important medication such as heart medication that my grandmother needed took WEEKS before it was ready which is ridiculous. For such a big corporation, Rite Aid needs to do better.

7:30Rite AidPosting publicly©I've been going to that location for 28 year, I do realize that they are under staff after coming out of the pandemic, the service is absolutely terrible. Not to leave out how rude and short speaking front staff person name Regina. I express my experience calling Rite aid to reorder my script which I've done more times then she is old. She completely cut me off and basically was saying I didn't know what I was doing. Lately my Scripts are never ready they never have taken the order sent in from your Doctor, They never answer their telephone of which Regina said Corporate knows all about.. However rudeness Is unacceptable and Regina needs a in service on customer service. Please advise this site. I would hate to change my location.
