Came here for a flu shot, and there was only one person working in the pharmacy. Waited in line about 10 minutes, and then I just walked out. I even had an appointment, but my time is valuable. Two other people walked out before me because the wait was so long.

pharmacy is awful there either closed or there very rude staff they never have the same hours I walked in the other day and as I was walking up to the pharmacy the lady decided to close right there in front me and said we decided to close early sorry come back tomorrow this place is ridiculous

The pharmacy staff is excellent. Especially Kathy that answers the phone. Store is always well stocked and discounts are good. Always a good experience. Special nod to Debbie at the check out.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I actually changed stores due to the disrespect I recieved when I was there. The drive thru had been closed so long and they are still understaffed.

Place is awful. The worst experience ever. They have no clue what they are doing in pharmacy. Every time i go there they Never have my prescription ready. Usually they have no clue of my order. And try and call there , a waste of time all around

This place drives me insane. absolutely absurd, constantly changing hours and never answering the phone. i am on psych meds and ALWAYS run out even when i have it ordered a week in advanced this place is the worst and constantly uproots my life by making me go off my meds. So so so sick of the poor service.

Do not use rite aid for your pharmacy. Go someplace where you ALWAYS get a call telling you your script is ready. Someplace that ANSWERS the phone when you call about a question or concerns with your meds. And a place where you get a call saying your prescription is ready and you get there and ITS ACTUALLY FILLED. BEWARE

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but the lack of staff is a big issue. They often do not answer the phone and if you have a prescription due and someone calls in or is unavailable to work you are out of luck, especially on the weekend. The worst part is that all online website information indicates they are open normal business hours. Sorry if you have to drive a great distance, you will find out when you get there via the cardboard sign in the drive thru that says “closed.” I’m taking my business else where, the convenient staff / supply chain shortage excuse is old and overused at this point…if you haven’t been able to adjust and make a plan after three years then I can’t trust you to properly fill my medications.

I want to go pick up my prescriptions at about 8:10 p.m. the pharmacy has always been open till 9:00 p.m. when I get in there they're closed and the guy behind me pharmacy shutters that were closed tells me that they have decided to close at 8:00 p.m. and it's been like that for the last week. I was not happy. There were many prescriptions that I needed like things for my heart, my diabetes, and anxiety none of which I was able to pick up. I now have to wait till tomorrow and go without my medications again this evening. I don't like the way right here has been operating lately and they need to be more responsible especially when it comes to the pharmacy. I also am extremely upset that they discontinued their old rewards program. I was at a gold level which meant that I got 20% off of everything and it really helped me and my mother, who is elderly, afford some things that she normally wouldn't be able to. A lot of senior citizens go to rite aid stores because they're right in their community within walking distance. And they buy staples that they need for their everyday use.

The managers need to revisit their customer service policy for phones. 3 minutes for someone to answer, “please hold” “click”. 20 minutes on hold after that and no one came back to me. I realize that we all get busy, but this is terrible treatment for customers. I wonder how long it would take CVS pharmacy to answer their phones?

I have been a customer of this Pharmacy and store for 8 years now. Unfortunately I have been really sick for about 4 years. Even more so since co-vid! I can’t get anyone to answer the phone in the pharmacy. I can’t get my prescriptions filled ever in a timely fashion. I have to make multiple trips to the store to even find anything out! I understand that work loads can be overwhelming. However, this has been an issue for 2 years ! I am sick!!! I can’t afford to be part of a pharmacy that has no sense of urgency! It’s really bad. !!!!!!

They must have forgot how to answer the phone when it rings ,have called 14 times yesterday and 5 times today.will ring for 1 min 30 sec than automatically hang up. Very poor customer service . Never had this problem with cvs , Walgreens and tops pharmacy.
