Sandy at the Outlet Store on Walden was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I was sent there by Paula from the Union Rd store who was very friendly and understanding of what I was looking for. Sandy was patient and listened to my needs and wants. Will definitely be recommending her to friends and family.

Went to Raymond and Flanigan near the Walden galleria mall expecting to be hassled since I had the worst experience at the Amherst location with a saleswomen who got upset because I refuse to make a choice and buy something that day.!! instead I had the total opposite a wonderful sales women named Duchess “the Decorator “ waited on me she was absolutely lovely. made me feel at ease took her time with me, even though it was close to closing time. By the time we were done I ended up buying a recliner loveseat and side table. Which I absolutely love!!! I had to give Duchess a big hug for all her help and patience. I would definitely use her sales expertise again for all my furniture needs.

I had the pleasure of visiting the location on Walden and being greeted by Kristen who is extremely Sweet and wasn’t that pushy saleswoman. I felt very lucky to work with her as she was very knowledgeable about what I wanted. Not only that she was very patient with my indecisiveness and extremely helpful. Although I had already picked out what I wanted online, she gave me some amazing feedback on the specific sectional, I wanted and even helped me decide on the color based on my existing furniture. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a sales agent before, it was more like I was talking to a friend. Kristen, you’re amazing at your job and they are lucky to have you!

Knew exactly where I wanted to go for new mattress. Gave salesperson price point and what I was looking for; she offered me different options, made suggestions and I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted $100 below my price. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you, R&H.

They sent the wrong color furniture. I took it back to them and told them when the new piece comes in they should deliver for free since it was there fault. At first the rep said they couldn't do it than he talked to someone and they agreed to deliver for free in a couple of days
