My salesman was Tom Kayser and he was fantastic. I ended up going in unsure if I was going to purchase a new couch after casually browsing online. Upon entering, Tom greeted me and allowed me to meander around the showroom. I came to him with questions about a few pieces, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also made sure to get me the best price for what I was looking. Because my selection was in the showroom, and I didn't need any customizations, my delivery date was only a few days, which also helps! I'm thankful for Tom and Raymour. 10/10 recommend!

JJ was great. Wanted same price as same item purchased 6 months ago came close but not exact paid for delivery all was well but backs of chair and love seat were mixed up they have zippers inside to prevent things from falling inside. They weren’t zipped and when we went to zip them they had the backs all mixed up so we had to move them all. Not what we paid for to lift and move all the backs .
