The worst customer service . I ordered a sectional for almost 3000, and it arrived damaged. I notified them 2 days after the arrival of spring broke and grinding parts. I called customer service to have them send someone out. The guy came looked for a few min, then left no paperwork, no proof he was there. I called and spoke with the repair department they all have an attitude, and they dont want to be there or help. Parts were supposed to arrive at the end of march, then the end of April, then the beginning of May. They all had a horrible attitude and could not prove a definitive date or proof they ordered the parts they dont send invoices, BOL'S, or any proof they actually ordered it. Now, I have no idea when they will truly fix my couch. I have had to call and call. The lady was so ignorant she said you bought it there are no refunds. Some customer service. I will follow up on May first if i have not heard anything.

Not so happy with trying to get service for my furniture. Seems like it is not customer friendly now after Covid. They used to have you be able to schedule a time convenient for you and had amazing communication as far as from the technician coming out. Not now. I feel lost no way to contact person coming to my house. Guy says they don’t do that anymore. Not cool.

We ordered quite a few items that required 2 delivery dates. The same two delivery men did both deliveries. They were professional, polite, and courteous as well as efficient. We would highly recommend them. Pamgrand island, NY

Purchased the CAID couch in august. The couch is severely pilling. The photos are AFTER a tech came to service the couch. I was in-between couches at first and wish the rep would have told me this could happen bc I would have chose the other couch with different material. Also the armrest on the one side of the couch feels like it’s missing padding under it in a spot. $1600 spent on this couch and it looks like trash. Do not recommend buying from here. BBB has been contacted.

I am happy to give this location 5 stars mainly for the customer service I received while looking for a couch for my new apartment. Julia really took the time to help me find the perfect couch and accent chair, we must have taken six laps around the store testing every couch, I definitely got my steps in that day. She was more than happy to offer ideas, and not just trying to sell the pricier furniture. I could tell she really did care that I loved the furniture I bought. I hope all the salespeople are as great as her; I'll definitely come back.

My table set came with two assembled chairs that were covered in dust and deep nicks/scratches because they pulled them from a warehouse. Then the actual table set itself wouldn’t assemble because several of the screw tabs were bent at the welding so the holes for the screws don’t line up. I called about the chairs before finding out the table wouldn’t assemble; the manager offered me a $25 gift card and free delivery/assembly of replacement chairs due in May. I will update my review with their response to the table that won’t assemble. This is an incredible hassle and unacceptable for the amount of money we paid (over $1000).

Hendrik was extremely helpful but also gave us our space to browse (not overbearing or pushy which we really appreciated). Our new bedroom set and mattress are beautiful. We couldn’t be happier. We will be back to see Hendrik anytime we need more furniture!

This review is solely about the whole delivery process for a desk that has been ordered. The desk arrived on time which was good on the vendor. My issues have began since the service center has had their hands on it. The first of three going on four delivery dates was from a zip code error which was corrected that day and led to the second date. On that second date, the desk arrived which is an L-shaped desk which was completely assembled which makes no sense to enter any house. When the drive team took the desk apart it was damaged, they said it would be repaired and delivered the following day. Now the night of day three, after half a dozen phone calls (no exaggeration) there was no time frame or communication given. I confirmed with the store I purchased it with that it was listed for delivery today. So at this point it seems like the desk is either lost or never coming but tomorrow is another day and more phone calls to make.

Learn how to communicate with your customers. When someone comes in and looks for a mattress and bed set because they are in NEED of a new mattress and not WANT a new mattress, having things on time would be nice. My bed is a week late now, and noone even bothered to contact me to let me know it wasn't going to be in on time. I call to see what is going on and get told a bunch of garbage and you blame it on the manufacturer. Take some responsibility, you're only as good as the weakest link. I will never be using you again.

I will never purchase anything from this place again! We had issues from the beginning. They mislead us on financing, the bedroom set we wanted was not the advertised price, they charged us $100 for delivery that we were told would be at 2pm and received a email confirmatio, they came at 8 am and no one answered so they rescheduled for 3 weeks out. They delivered but the bed frame cracked 1 week after we paid for our leased furniture and they proceeded to tell us we have to wait another 3 weeks for repair it has been 6 weeks no call no repair!! I hate I hate that we invested our money and time in this place. They lie lie lie about everything. The furniture is garbage nothing like the raymour name.... so disappointed.

Dealing with Greg was awesome. My husband and I would definitely go to him for all of our future furnishing needs. He was super knowledgeable and patient as we picked out our living room, and bedroom furniture.

I was greeted at the door and offered help. I said I wanted to look around. They let me do that. When I did need some help the associate was right there with me looking to accommodate my needs and went above and beyond to do just that!! I am very pleased with the service here!

We purchased a couch and love seat in november of 2017 and only 3 months into it we had to have the arm of the couch repaired. 3 weeks ago we noticed 2 pieces of wood on back of couch are sticking out and we now have to live with it since it's out of the warranty period and would have to pay for the repair. The cushions are another problem, they wore down within the first 6 months we had it. When you sit on furniture you can feel the wood on the back of your upper legs. We turn cushions over and rotate to different spots and that does not do a thing. There is no support what so ever for your back. We paid a lot of money for this set and would highly reccomend everyone to shop elsewhere being that after we had purchased the set, we found that friends and family have also experienced many problems with furniture purchased at Raymour Flanagan's, wish we knew that sooner.
