I will never shop at rainbows again, I came here on 12/02/2023 to doa. Return and because the store open at 11am I was refused a return. They don’t pay me gas money to come back Indian return when I live 25 mins away plus traffic is more to tell me as a customer to return items on a later time. Sorry I don’t need to steal $ from rainbows. So I come on 12/10/2023 to return and got store credit because I didn’t have time to return through out the week due to working . Rainbows does not pay my bills for me to stop working to make a return when I shouldn’t had my stuff returned the day I came which was on 12/02/2023 I should have gotten my money instead of store credit because I will never shop at any rainbows again. I’ll never give my money as a customer to this company again.

The manager or whoever the older bigger lady is she’s so nasty and rude. I could a lot more about her but y’all need to get somebody who’s more friendly and willing to help customers

They have no fitting rooms. I was told to just buy and return if it doesn't fit. The store I bought from closed an hour earlier than the mall hours, so I had to return at a different location in a different state. The return was a major hassle! I had to fill out a form with name, address, phone, and email, and signature. The tax was unable to be adjusted and the employee tried to pay me the difference from her own wallet (Which I did not accept). The computers cannot refund using my tap and pay on my phone (which worked perfectly fine to make the purchase), so I had to go to my car to produce the physical credit card. My credit card uses a chip, but somehow the store computers will only allow swipe for a return. Thrn I had to sign another receipt. The whole process to return 2 items took almost 30 minutes! Very frustrating! I will never be shopping at Rainbow Stores again!Also, very poor quality clothing.

Very disappointed. Store hours indicate that this location is open at 10am on Sunday’s. I arrived here at 10:12 8-22-21 store was closed, no signs were up and phones we not working. Very upset as I waited to go here for the past week. Please provide customers with the proper store hours.-very disappointed customer.

The staff here is super friendly. Cartesian was so helpful im colour deficient and she helped me match an outfit since I rarely wear colours. Pink is hard. Went above and beyond true kindness

Staff was so unfriendly and unwelcoming I stopped shopping. I went to buy whatever I had in my hands and stood there for 2 minutes while the 2 older associates ignored me. I finally asked, ‘ is this where I checkout?’ They didn’t even answer me or look at me and just yelled for the cashier Harley or Hanley. The cashier made me wait an additional few minutes so she could finish putting away gloves...The same cashier came less than 10 inches away from me, sat on the floor and stocked a rack I was looking at so I couldn’t even shop.Only giving a 2 because the security guard was great.1/19/21/16:13 is the time/Transaction #398732Look at the tapes and watch your employees
