One of my favorite PF location. If you travel with work especially as a truck driver, this is the best you can get around Buffalo area. Always space to park and easy to get back on the highway.

This facility is exceptionally clean and usually all machines are in good working order. But this PF really shines with the excellent customer services. Thank you to Joseph and his team for giving your best to make our experience enjoyable.

As a member I am livid about a recent incident that occurred at Walden location involving my 83 & 81 year old
parents. A thief lied to the manager and said a lock was put on his locker in error and actually the locker and lock was my parents. The manager had the lock removed and allowed the thief to steal $130 out of my dads wallet. They also threw my parents lock away. My elderly parents are on a fixed income and how could this be allowed to happen to them. This incident has left my parents and myself very violated. As my dad stated moving forward when a person asked to have locks removed they should be able to idenitfy the contents in the locker. He should be refunded for $130 due to this not being his fault. We are ready to discontinue our membership due to a lack of concern with this matter.
