He was very kind and very professional with assisting me with the feeders. I needed 200 and he, without hesitation, starting catching them and counting them out. I’ve had other employees question me why I need so many feeders but he just started catching them. His customer service was excellent and just wanted to express my sincere “thank you” to him for being so helpful and mannerable! His parents raised a wonderful respectful son! ????!

4821 Genesee St, CheektowagaColumbus Day my greyhound’s back legs gave out he could not get up. It was 7 pm called OP, Hamburg, Green Acres ER vets and they all were to busy so I was given the number of Blue Pearl on Genesee st they would see my Jesse They told me it could be almost 4 hrs depending on what comes into the hospital
Everyone was so nice and Dr Kimberly Leys explained everything to me. Jesse was having a vestibular episode she gave me a handout explaining it all
Everyone was so kind this will now be my place to go for emergency’s
I could not believe that the other ER’s could not take me was it the holiday or Bills game I don’t know but it was so stressful
