“My favorite plant shop! It’s always a vibe in there, beautiful selection of plants, pottery, and other fun stuff. The staff is so welcoming and makes everyone feel like they belong. I never feel afraid to ask for help or guidance. They also host awesome vendor markets and workshops. I’d give life is succulent and staff 10 stars if I could!”
“Great experience with Donnie, Andy and their team!
I met with Donnie and then went through details and mock up online…it was probably 50+ emails as I wanted to change this or that and had lots of questions. Donnie was very patient and helpful.
Andy and his team were here for 4 days total and put in the landscaping all around the exterior of our home. They were very helpful and experienced!
Will definitely have them help us again if we ever move :P

“Visited Badding Farm Market yesterday. AMAZING place!! Went with husband, daughter, son-in-law and three year old grandson. We had a blast -- such creative fun for children (and adults). Purchased beautiful mums, pumpkins, food treats and enjoyed their food truck. Even had GF donuts!!!”
“This place top notch customer service. John ( the owner) spent a hour with us explaining things, picking things out for us and guiding us on how to landscape our yard. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and really passionate about helping us! Highly recommended.”

“Hands down the best farmers market to go to in the area! I’ve been goin for 8 years! They always have everything in season that you can’t get in any supermarket!! The peaches, plums, cherries, melons, grapes and all are usually local and have a very fresh ripe taste! And a variety of all!! Cherries you never had! Blueberries that taste like blueberries! And watermelon that isn’t rubbery! It’s the best place to go for fruit. And considering the quality the price is perfect.”
“This shop is doing their thing and right! Found this little place while trying to restock my voodoo juice + tablets and they are easily 50% cheaper then any other store. I love supporting small businesses because they put it all on the line in hopes that it works out. So glad I found them because building new systems can get expensive quickly so saving a few buck here and there makes everyone happy. Thanks again for making it right!”

“My daughter and I were in to buy some baskets on the 13th of May. Not only do they have some of the most beautiful baskets but very courteous people working there willing to help. But I noticed on my receipt that they had neglected to charge me for one of the baskets so I called them and I was told very graciously thank you for calling in, enjoy the basket and did not charge me. I would definitely suggest visiting this greenhouse for your summer time flowers and vegetables. My daughter and I will definitely be back, Thank you for a happy Mother's Day basket!

“North Buffalo Home Depot is amazing in much nicer than the Amherst location that I'm always going to. The staff go above and beyond, and they have yet to fail me. When they know me on a first name basis,that's just what it's about. That quickly made me realize that these guys remember who they are talking to and that they pay attention to their customers. Looks like I'm saying goodbye to Amherst. I worked with her gentleman named Russell and Dan. Russell was a manager, and Dan worked in the power to while. These two gentlemen made my evening much easier.”
“This is one of my favorite nurseries. The staff is extremely well educated on plants. I personally love house plants and they have an amazing selection and many things I’ve never seen before, and the staff always is able to assist me and guide me on how to take care of it.”
“The best in rental. Edit: To the previous renter with the gas pole pruner, THD does offer many wrenches for any tools that may require adjustment in the field, including the pole pruner. The safety bucket (you declined to take with you) includes a helmet, ear/eye protection, chaps and ADJUSTMENT WRENCH. The tools are quality and safety inspected before EVERY rental and these bolts can easily be adjusted by anyone with a crescent/socket wrench, or even a simple pair of pliers. Chainsaw chains frequently become loose after use so this should not have come as a shock to you. A lack of knowledge and experience on your part apparently equates to a 1 star review for a retailer renting tools as a service for those in need. If you're unsure of what you may need when renting an unfamiliar tool, ask and we'll gladly explain! Maybe just take the safety bucket next time...”

“My wife and I worked with Heidi, a very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable landscape designer for Russell's Nursery. My wife and I know nothing about plants at all, so Heidi was a God send for us. She designed a beautiful landscape layout that fit our taste, budget and constraints, such as deer repellent shrubs, etc.. “Placed an order in February for some bulbs that I ended up not picking up. Assumed it would be cancelled and forgot about it. Got an email today saying thanks for picking it up, which I never did especially if I'm sitting at home. Manager was nice and refunded me but employees should verify stuff is picked up especially if they no longer have the item where it should be and actually cancel an order correctly.”
