We have an account this M&T bank last 2 years . Some of our members went to the bank and close our account without our concern I do not know how is possible. Now I have to talk to my attorney.

Their ATM machines were all messed up, and even though it's on Monday and not a Sunday, I couldn't even withdraw money which is pretty pathetic.

It does not matter which branch you choose. God help you, if you need to contact their customer service. They are very rude and they act like they are doing you a favor. You are lucky if they speak proper English. There are enough banks to pick from. Don't pick this one!
