Why is the bank suddenly charging me for coin rolls when they haven't done that in the past? Every business needs coins, and they had never told me about the fee until I found a fee in my statement. I asked the manager what the fee was and she told me it was for exchanging coin rolls.
Is it because of the tailor upgrade/ If so, where in the policy does it say they can charge me fees for coin rolls? Because it is wrong for the bank to start charging me fees
without letting me know.

This is a financial institution. They are able to assist you with any financial questions you may have it's a full service bank. Staff is very professional.

This branch's assistant VP, Jennifer, was a lifesaver. I had been going around in circles with M& T and Key Bank about some documents I needed filed, each pointing the finger at the other. In 20 minutes, Jennifer had the issue resolved. So grateful for her help!

I have no idea why this bank location is so poorly rated. I’ve been going to this bank for years for my company and they’re nothing but a pleasure to work with all of the tellers are amazing people from Garrett to Lori to Fatima to Sarah. Actual gems!
Sure they get busy , but so many inpatient people need to learn to chill lmao.

Whoever answers the phone can be a bit more polite. I apologize that I had to ask her to repeat something, I have sensory processing issues and sometimes need things repeated especially if spoken quickly or background noise, and she got extremely standoffish when I had to ask her to repeat herself. After that it was like anything I said was an insult.

Do NOT use M&T Bank!!! My 97 year old WWII veteran father has been a loyal customer for decades. His bank card was recently stolen and the thief took $20K!!! No M&T claims that they won't replace the $ because every transaction was considered "authorized" due to the fact that it used his debit card. M&T did NOTHING to secure his account and never shut it down when the system saw unauthorized transactions! Now my 96 yr old dad on a fixed income is out $20K! If he didn't have another account, he'd be on the streets!!! These people are the worst!!! Never use M&T Bank!

I only come for the ATM... the lot is very large, so you can navigate to the ATM very easily. I like how the lines are never long

Worst experience worst bank atms never work. For those who can’t come into a bank during normal business hours and depend on atms don’t use them. My account has had fraud for over 2 months and they refuse to close the account out that has a zero balance until all of the fraud cases are closed but I keep getting over draft fees and more fraud and disputes that continue making the account remain open. Huge scam. Checks have been shipped per M&t but nothing received for 30 days when they claim 14 business days and then you get them. So now my new bank account has my account number floating around somewhere and I haven’t received it. They say they can’t assist over the phone and I have to go into a branch but when I go into the branch they are never helpful or my account would be closed by now.

M and T bank is a trash company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My daughter's and I get paid on Thursdays, I come to this bank every once in a blue moon! (Only because their job is next door) I go out of my way to avoid this location. Everytime I come here I say "I'm using my checking account to CASH my children's pay checks". It's not just that one person it's ALL the cashiers they do NOT listen. Prepare to REPEAT yourself, if you go here!

Tried to get a 10 day payoff on my RV loan to give to the new owners bank, new bank requires a paper copy, called M&T, after over an hour on hold, I finally spoke with someone who said they cant email me a copy of the statement, they would be glad to mail it to me in 3-5 days! It's 2022 folks, if you cant email a pdf statement to me, your bank doesnt deserve my business, not to mention the lengthy wait time to speak with anyone! Automated system is a joke, it asks for your account number, but won't accept anything you input. What a horrible customer service exepience, glad I'm closing my account!!!!
