I stopped in unexpectedly after finding a wire stuck in my tire. Chaz took a look at the tire right away and removed the wire. He could’ve charged me for his services. Instead, he removed the wire, and then tested it for leaks to make sure it had not punctured the tire, all free of charge. They were a godsend as I don’t live in the area and wasn’t sure if I was going to make it home on the tire. I was told by the people at Buffalo Respiratory to come to Monroe because they were honest and professional, and they weren’t wrong! If I lived closer I would definitely come back!

Had a leaky valve stem on a trailer tire and rim. Walked in at 8:15 and was out in less than 20 minutes. The service tech was super helpful, kind and courteous. I appreciated Chaz getting me in so quickly. Super happy.

I came in with a slowly leaking tire. It turns out there was a nail in it, but it was close to where another nail had been and where it was patched. I was told by Chaz that patching it again so close could be a safety issue, so I was advised to go to where I leased my car to see if there's a warranty in place for a new tire. He could have charged me and did the job anyway but was honest. Much appreciated!

Ladies...I’ve been coming here for probably close to 20 years for the trust factor that has been established. I am changing my review from a 5 to a 2 after seeing the tire prices published on their website and while my bill was adjusted after I vocally expressed my disappointment, I still think I was overcharged. And WOULD have been SERIOUSLY overcharged if I didn't view my bill line by line or raise my voice. 1, first thing I said when I walked in was give me the cheapest oil change. They charged me for premium oil change which is twice the price. Blamed the computer for the "error". 2, was also there for an inspection and threw a $225 tire on without my permission on a 2016 Fusion that is barely driven. Adjusted price after I told him to take it off and I would have it fixed elsewhere. The manager has been there forever and I gave him the benefit of the doubt, left a good review, walked away happy... until I saw the pricing on their website because I left the monroe tab open on my laptop after I made my inspection appointment. YES, some car shops WILL take advantage of women...this location earned my trust over a decade that they don't do that, to the point that I send my nieces there, and would send my daughter if she lived locally. Now, I am not so sure anymore.

Brought in my Audi A6 when it started making a concerning noise. Chaz diagnosed the problem with confidence and gave me the reassurance that it was safe to drive home (Ohio) where I could get a deeper inspection. He did this free of charge and demonstrated honesty and integrity and delivered exactly what I was asking for without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Would recommend!
