The Mesi Agency has never let me down. As a client for over 40 years , either Home Owner or Auto claim, the staff and Joe Mesi himself have always treated my claims as I'd they were for themselves. I've always been assured they will handle all my matters.

On initial interaction- no complaints -I purchased a temporary optional product- “construction insurance “ upon completion - there was no Liens against the property -again making insurance optional. When I called to cancel the construction insurance and questioned being told that I could not without another insurance policy/ company to submit the request is was metWith a rather sarcastic disrespectful response saying basically - that’s is just how it is , I am not repeating myself. Somehow that did not constitute an explanation that made sense and one might understand the rational, nor was it good customer service. As for me- I will seek out other agencies for my insurance needs.

I recently attempted to do my own research in obtaining quotes for home and car insurance. After much frustration, my brother encouraged me to call the Mesi Agency. Best decision ever. Joe has been my Agent for over 30 Years. I have been referring Friends, Family & Clients to Joe that entire time.The reason I do refer Joe without hesitation is that Joe is Honest, Trustworthy & Thorough.I could tell you that he saves me money, Which he does but, everyone says that. Joe does it !!Here is an example of the Service that I have gotten used to..My Cousin whom I referred to Joe a few years ago recently had an accident down the street from Joe’s office. My Cousin called me to get Joe’s number because the Insurance Card in his Glove Box was expired. I texted Joe with my request and Joe printed a current card and hand delivered it to my Cousin. The Police tore up the Ticket my Cousin was about to receive.Joe then, made all the arrangements at the scene to have my Cousin taken to the Hospital and to have his Car towed away.Nicole, Joe’s Office Manager is equally Fantastic !!When I need anything, I can Call, Text or E-mail Nicole and I have whatever info I am looking for in minutes.If you are looking to have an Agent who is there for you no matter what, You found the right one !!Thank You Joe & Nicole for everything you both do !!!

The owner of this company is absolutely appalling and rude! I would never recommend anybody do business with them regardless of how cheap their policies are! I wasn't receiving my monthly bill at my new address for whatever reason and he took it upon himself to scold me in front of his staff telling me he is not a babysitter! He has no professionalism whatsoever! Even his secretary had to apologize to me for his behavior! Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's good!
