Had my previous year's 2021 taxes done on Feb. 27th, after over a week and the IRS and NY State not having any record of them, I called to check this past Wednesday. They are apparently in a queue waiting for the compliance department to do their check and send. Here we are today Saturday March 11 (I called again before posting this, and they still have not been reviewed and no answer as to when as the compliance department hasn't responded. I paid $500 to have them done, I should have used that money to go somewhere else and paid less. The reason I didn't is because the woman who actually did my taxes was excellent, this wasn't on her.

Had 9:00 AM appointment. Went about 10 minutes early, and nobody was at the location. I waited until 9:10 and called the number in the text reminder. They saw my appointment in the calendar and tried to contact the office with no luck. They then asked if I could wait any longer and they would reach out to the manager and have him contact me. I never heard from anyone and left at 9:45.

I have to say, the customer service at this location is remarkably great, the office here is very neat and clean. I recommend this place to go to to file your taxes. Ask for Tennille, she will help you out as much as she can.
