Worst customer service ever for online ordering. They never get back to you. Don’t order anything if your from Canada.. you will never see it, or your money again! If I could give them zero stars I would!

Probably one of the better shops in that mall that has officially licsensed Buffalo sports gear. They didn't have the specific style I was looking for but the staff was very helpful trying to find me what I was looking for. It being summer up there and the size of the store isn't was a big deal but still the people working there was great to try to cater to what I was looking for. Maybe my next visit.

I gotta say this store is just ok. I always go in but never seem to come out with anything. I admit my intentions are good going in with the want to spot something to buy for my Bills. But while it looks so vast and full of potential when you go in- the price tags make your eyes bulge. I think this is overall sporting goods stores in general these days and being old school you can understand my plight. It seems sad lately that my shopping for my sports stuff is mostly online. My son did surprise me when he pulled up with a huge wooden old school sign that he purchased here for me when we moved into our home. Its always a must go to when at the Galleria and recently did pick up a nice old school Bills car decal and still will continue to go even if my eyes are bulging. I admit that I am a very finicky hat fanatic and they have the best assortment here. The fact is I will always support a local store vs mega chains like dreaded Dicks/Modells! It still brings out the kid in me seeing all the neat NFL/NHL stuff as I am drawn to it like a moth to fire. Yeah of course I will be back and back and .....
