I frequent this store and it’s a nice store however the employees are absolutely so rude and miserable. They don’t smile and they’re not friendly and helpful. They’re actually very rude especially when you get to the cash. They need a complete attitude adjustment. I hope management sees this and does something about this because I’ve never been in and not had a bad experience. Time to get some new friendly fresh faces in there.

Ok place. Kind of like Pottery Barn, but much less dinnerware & cookware. Lots of artwork, but I noted many of them were the same as other home stores in the area.

The store has some nice things but all the signage they have about sales are very confusing and have a lot of restrictions. When I asked the associate for clarification on the sale she was very rude and gave me wrong information. They also had sale signs on the floor that they weren’t having anymore. Wouldn’t ever go back or buy anything from here ever again.

I haven’t been to Kirkland’s in years since they disappeared from malls. I was so happy to find this location. The merchandise has changed , but I find it more trendy and tasteful. They had more furniture than I remember and it was nice and reasonably priced.

I drove all the way from Hamilton, Ontario to Kirkland's in Buffalo. Awesome selection of housewares, pictures etc. Things you can't find anywhere else. Great customer service, love this place

Things I've recently purchased from Kirkland's:An oversized map of the world that hangs above my fireplaceA full-length gilded mirror for my bedroomA unique tv stand for the living roomAnd a few other things I told my husband were gifts. ShhhhhI could spend hours in this store. Kirkland's has a great selection of pieces for every room in your house. This is a really good-sized store, too, so you are probably going to get what you need in-stock. Once upon a time, Pier 1 was right down the road from me. When they closed their doors for good, I was a bit bummed because I honestly had forgotten about Kirkland's. I don't go out to this side of town very often, but I was looking up home decor places online when I moved and lo and behold, Kirkland's popped up. I was so happy to walk back in their doors! Yes, there's Home Goods, and who doesn't love Home Goods? They've got a great selection, too, but I find the items at Kirkland's to be a step above. The store is arranged more nicely and is less picked-over. Sometimes at HG, you'll see things that are broken or dented in some way. I've never seen that at Kirkland's.Something else - they've often got a coupon or other discount you can use at the register, but I find their prices to be fair as they sell goods that are not cheaply made and rarely damaged. If you're looking for fall decor, Christmas decorations, something for Easter or Thanksgiving or Valentine's Day or summer, they've got you covered each season with fresh decor to make your house feel like a home.

Food was excellent.Our waitress Chelsie was horrible - she didn't listen to our order, brought out the wrong fries and wrong beverage. Corrections took forever.
