“Great people! Bought a gold neckless there 3 years ago for my daughters 13th birthday. I was concerned that the fine gold necklaces wouldn't hold up so the woman who helped us actually gave each of the 3 we were trying to decide between a few big tugs. 1 broke so we bought one of the others. That impressed me. I went in today with that same neckless that had quite the knot. I spent 3 days trying to get out and she managed to get it out in less than 10 minutes and they even showed my daughter a few tricks to prevent knots in the future.”

“I went to airport plaza jewelers THE SHOW ROOM to see about a battery for my watch.I was treated like I came in to buy some diamonds from the moment I walked in! Was greeted by this gentleman who asked what I wanted and took me over to another gentleman who was the one who could help me we had a little chatter the guy went to work on my watch I payed in and out in 5 minutes! They had different prices for the batteries I find 10 dollars a great price I have several other watches to replace batteries I know where I'm going ! They have some beautiful jewelry in the store if I'm in the market I know where I'm going they were very professional and a little sassy at the same time I liked the place”

“I've been here many many years ago and today they are going to re-pierce my ear where my doctor screwed up. I e been meaning to get here, but then Covid hit and everything shut down. Today was the day I decided to get it " fixed ".The young gal knew exactly what it was I needed and was very careful and took all the necessary precautions with sterilization of everything. She was very reassuring and regardless of my age, she offered to count for me. I thought that was kind of her. The price was free for the piercing and because I only needed one earring, it was half price. They no longer have those huge piercing guns, just a small and more efficient one. It wasn't nearly as intimidating as it was in the old days!”
