Incompetent employees, taxes are not done and no return phone call

Tried to get in contact with Robert since March 13th to file an amendment for 2022. He informed me prior to March 13th to upload my documents so he can work on them digitally. However, afterwards he was unresponsive. So, after 10 days, I physically came in on Saturday, March 23rd to see a different tax preparer, Mary. She completed the amendment and sent over the review so my wife can sign digitally. However, there was no option for my wife to sign. So we came in the next day, to ask a question on our return. However, I never received a follow-up. After, 5 days of waiting for a response, I almost gave up on remaining a client at H&R Block. So I reached out to the DGM over the weekend, who informed me that I need to get in contact with Maria, the Team Leader and that Robert would be contacting me via phone on Monday (yesterday). Instead of receiving help from Robert, he messaged the following, "I have nothing to do with your return. If you have an issue, contact the person who did it or contact Maria, the office leader. Thanks!" Although after my appointment on March 23rd, the following message was received under my MyBlock account by Robert, "It’s time to review your results! Have a look through your return, then we can start wrapping up your taxes for this year. Getting you the best outcome possible is my top priority, so please message me here with any questions you might have." So I messaged him based on the message I received after filing my amendment on March 23rd.
He's refusing to help, although it was his responsibility from the beginning to file the first amendment.
I cannot contact the other tax preparer or Maria, the Team Leader because no answers the phone. During my appointment on March 23rd, calls were showing up in the right corner of the screen under Microsoft Teams but no one cared to answer.
Robert has more available hours than unavailable hours based on open time slots under his profile. However, getting in contact with him is a hassle. Tax preparers at this location are getting paid to sit around and do nothing during slow days while people are trying to call the office.
Definitely not returning after being a client for three years.

Went here for a tax return assistance and an ITIN application for my son, my documents were with them for 2 weeks and no progress. No update or call whatsoever. Had to go back to their office to get an update but said it’s a system problem. No definite answer or plan. Had to eventually withdraw my documents. A complete waste of time!

This lady screwed my taxes up and when I go over there to find her she can’t be found. I’m filing my taxes at an H and r block again this year, but at a different office Don’t mean to bash the whole company but this is ridiculous. Do not let this lady file your taxes.
