Absolute terrible customer service. I had to wait for hours to get my Insurance card which never came. I had to call the 1-800 to get nay help. Guy at the office lied to me 3 times, each time I called.

Never received a call back after almost 2 weeks after leaving multiple messages so decided to stop there Saturday at 10AM. Their own website home page shows they were open 10 to 2. But we got there and door was locked at 10:05 and nobody was there and was closed.Their website "home" tab shows Saturday hours, then under "contact us" tab on their site shows no Saturday hours. So who knows.O well, too late, their loss as we found a new agent on our way home that actually WAS open on Saturday. We now pay half of what Hoey was charging.I was a customer for 40 years(yes 40) and never filed a claim.I guess they want younger clients?

After using Hoey for many years, and after getting only one other quote from a reliable agent and insurance company, I now discover I am paying around 1/3 more for what looks like very minimum coverage. If I had a claim I would have been screwed. The owner is rarely there. Follow up was terrible in recent years. My advice is to shop around and look at your coverage to see if it has changed every year. Very unhappy with Hoey!

Kyle made getting insurance really easy and quick. He answered all my questions clearly and helped me get the best coverage for my car. Even ended up being much cheaper than I expected.

Awesome service, always happy to help. Kyle (My agent) saved me almost 450 a year. Plus, it's nice to have a brick and mortar establishment to do business with.
