I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Airport, 4201 Genesee Street, Cheektowaga, NY. I didn’t get the lady’s name, but she worked yesterday morning 10-10-2024. Pretty sure she was the shift manager. Mid 50s, blonde hair.
I asked her about simply going into a meeting room for 10-15 minutes to quickly review some confidential data with a customer that met me there. I made it clear I didn’t need the room more than a few minutes, and she rudely cut me off and said no. It would be $200-$400. I told her I was Diamond with Hilton and she rudely cut me off again and said she knew I was. It was a Thursday and many folks were checking out. The meeting rooms were empty. She was not only rude to me, she was rude to employees. She seemed like a bully.
It’s just very frustrating when you dedicate your stays to one brand, and get treated like this. I would never expect anything for free and have rented meeting rooms for Hilton in the past. This makes me question my loyalty and wonder, if I was Platinum with Marriott, would it have been the same experience.

Great airport hotel location. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The hallways and rooms could use a refresh on wallpaper & paint it is peeling and starting to show it's age.
Lobby is nice and welcoming and staff was great.

Definitely not worth the price. We couldn’t even get ice unless we went to the kitchen…. Breakfast should have been included for the price we paid.. just not a very good experience especially on a vacation.. just overall not a good experience with this hotel

Absolutely beautiful place to go
Staff was fantastic The chef was the best part of the trip.
He is Si friendly and really appreciate us as a guest at the motel.
I will definitely %100-percent drive the extra time to stay in the
Hilton garden inn.
Totally different from the one in Niagara falls Ontario. That Hilton is not a place we will be going to again

Keep doing what you are doing, My opinion is that you are the best place to stay in Buffalo by the airport.
Heard no noise from planes leaving or coming in

We had reservations at the Hampton Inn at the Buffalo airport. Our room smelled like dogs and after being told all rooms have had animals we left and made a quick switch to the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo airport. So glad we did. So clean and the people were extremely nice. I misplaced my wallet and passports and the front desk and management immediately starting looking for them. Thanks to Amy and Sunny for their help. And Ken pulled out the video to see if I left it somewhere in lobby. I found them, thank goodness. I would highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful and so clean. Thank you to all the employees. We will be back.

1 of our rooms had a broken a/c they did try to fix it but couldn't so the room stayed at 75 degrees. You have to pay for breakfast at this location it's $15 plus tip for mediocre food at best. I've always had good experience with the Hilton brand but I will not be returning to this location.
Rooms: 1 room was nice the other had a broken air conditioning system
Food and drinks: Expensive for the quality

Considering that breakfast was not included I think the stay was overpriced. I don't see what other amenities that were included would have required a $260 stay.
Rooms: My two daughters said the pull out bed was quite uncomfortable.

I would like to say thanks for all you do to Ms. Ann @ the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo for an outstanding job with booking my reservation. She was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Her customer service was awesome. My room, view and location were great. I would 100% recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in Buffalo.
