We've been a customer for 35 years. Great, kind helpful service. Always goes out of their way to help you. They helped us at one point when we were out of town unexpectedly and needed medication.I always buy my special gifts from Tiles, they have a great selection of so many items there is something for everyone!

Tile Pharmacy is the best I have ever been to in my life. Their staff goes out of their way to help you and make sure you get what you want. They are the nicest. I have been with them for 10 years. Their gift shop is wonderful.also. thank you for your service

Tile Pharmacy is so wonderful with the nicest staff and Pharmacist's I have ever met in my life. They will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They deliver and I am disabled so it is a blessing. Their gift shop is wonderful too

Tile Pharmacy should really be called Tile Apothecary--it's such a throw-back pharmacy to simpler, friendlier times. I've picked up prescriptions for my parents, and myself. Everyone at the pharmacy counter is always attentive and smiling. I've had several issues with one of my dad's specialists messing up his prescriptions, and the pharmacists at Tile are compassionate and in my corner to help straighten things out however they can. They authentically care about their patrons here. Even the creak of the floor walking up to the pharmacy window is somehow reassuring at Tile, where good ole' kindness and competency is an if-it-ain't-broke-don't-fix-it quality that the big-box pill-mill pharmacies these days could really learn from. In addition to the actual pharmacy counter, Tile is also a really cute gift shop, too. If you need a thoughtful present for someone, Tile carries a variety of items like mugs, blankets, knick-knacks, frames, candles, some jewelry and apparel, and other decorative items. I've perused Tile's gifts, and found the prices to be reasonable, definitely comparable enough to get something here from your local gift shop instead of the online big-wigs for a change. There is a convenient parking lot, so grabbing a gift, a prescription, or a quick candy, soda, and/or newspaper is all easy enough at Tile. If this is a convenient location for your pharmacy needs, Tile will not disappoint!

Sick as a dog, I crawled in for a covid test. Luckily it was not. But the staff made the whole experience pleasant and easy. The gentleman who answered the phone was polite and referred me to a website, explained how everything worked, and how the rest goes. Upon arrival they have you call and check in, then a nurse comes out to your car and does the test. I was stressed about it seeing pictures of giant swabs that go down into your throat but this test barely went down the nostril at all. The nurse was calm and didn't mind explaining things as she went along. Overall a great experience. I pass them all the time and I will make a habit to visit when I'm better.

I am disabled. I have a 24 hour window to pick up some medications. Tile pharmacy is only open 4 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday. These hours dont work for me. Instead of changing pharmacy's they agreed to have them ready for me on fridays. After about a month they refused to help, going back on their word or flat out lying. I must maintain a strict schedule being disabled and will now take me about a week to get back on track due to Tile pharmacy being unable to stand by their word. I switched to Walgreens and i couldn't be happier.

Great store. Friendly staff. Convenient services. We got COVID tested here and it was very efficient. Parking can be confusing, but they have spaces on both sides of the building. Conveniently located right off the 90 at the Cleveland Road exit (if you are going east bound).
