I would like to express my heart felt gratitude to the people who work at the goodwill donation center on union rd for finding and ensuring the return of a family heirloom ( money ) to me and my family. It makes me feel better that there's very honest people who truly care about ensuring that items weren't intended to be donated to get back to the rightful owners. Great place to stop by and find some interesting items. Place was pretty clean and organized. Tijuana was a fantastic help and super nice to everyone she interacted with. I’d go back just to tell her how great she was.

No public bathroom and only one exit door able to open. Fire hazard?!?!In response…I requested the bathroom and was told none were available..I was told it was closed. So, no, was not available! Is that a health code violation?

looks like they pick thru all the good stuff and sell it for top dollar online. Seems like they just have these stores to get your donations.

I don't see any friendliness. When I walked in, I saw 2 employees on the floor. Shop there on 10/13/22, 330pm, I spend $60 on 13 items/clothing. Then on check out, I waited a couple minutes and I encounter an older cashier. Not friendly more like rushing me. Eveytime she rung my clothes she tossed it on the counter like garbage. The cashier didn't even offer to sell me a shopping bag before ringing my items. Literally I had to fold my own clothes after she was done. Whatever I didn't tossed my clothes on the counter, they were neat. Then when I was finished paying, she offered me a $1.99 reusable bag. Basically I felt unwelcome or punish or only matter is your money. Delaware and William stores are so friendly

I never went inside I only came here to drop off clothes. I like the drive up unloading area they have. You just pop open your truck, and they unload whatever you brought.

Overall, nicer than most of the Goodwills we've been to in the area when taking into consideration the variety. The atmosphere however was lacking. Being in a much nicer area, the place was filthy and the lady behind the counter snapped at my husband when he asked if there was a cashier available to check him out.

It's one of my favorites Goodwill stores, and yesterday I found me some marvelous winter boots, name brand mine you!!!! Warm installation fur from the tip of my toes to the top of my knees LOL ? they look like they were only used for one winter and I got them for a good price of $10 so if you're looking for wonderful different type of bargains this Goodwill store is the one to visit, you will leave with a smile on your face and money still in your purse LOL check it out!!!P.S. the cashiers are wonderful, they can direct you to anything you're looking for! Shout out to my girls, I'll see you next Saturday Donna

Overpriced literal junk. Disorganized and they just pile items on top of each other. Had a good laugh they were selling matchbox cars over retail price. Was able to find some vintage Pyrex refrigerator bowls minus the lids.
