CoverTech 5 Star Solar Cover is NOT 12 mil. I have had 12 mil covers in the past and this is not a 12 mil cover. Must be 8 mils because it is extremely light weight.

I called to ask if they had a part in stock and was told I would be transferred to parts, after almost 10 minutes on hold the phone rang again and a young lady answered the phone. I said I was waiting for parts. She rudely said that "yeah well there are lots of people in the store". I was just trying to let her know that I was waiting for parts if she could transfer me back. But after the complete rudeness. I hung up and I will be buying all of my pool products from another supplier, even if I have to go out of my way and pay more. I have been coming to the Union rd location for over 9 years, I pass two other pool supply companies to get there, no longer one.of them have a new customer.

I can’t stress enough to go anywhere, but Gary’s. The rude customer service and constant issues with delivery is beyond unacceptable. You will wait around all day for them to come, not be informed, and charged hidden fees. I canceled my hot tub order after numerous problems. They have more negative reviews than good on all platforms. I went to Colley’s and had a much better experience with informed and polite employees.

These guys are dangerous. They have absolutely no consideration for anyone else on the road. I hear they have the same respect for their customers. Specifically the guys in Clarence.

Accidentally bought the wrong pool cover and they would not allow me to exchange it even though I had the receipt and bought the cover a half an hour previously. The guy I dealt with gave me an impromptu lesson on pool covers and was extremely condescending

Staff professional, knowledgeable, helpful and that goes for sales people to delivery. Jacuzzi amazing! During the blizzard we were without power for 3 days, tub was unharmed, despite temperatures in the teens it maintained temp of 85. Not only met but exceeded our expectations

We had the best experience purchasing our hot tub at Gary Pools. Todd was extremely knowledgeable on a decision that could have been overwhelming. But he was so clear on the difference between all products on price, function and design. We made a great choice with his guidance and couldn’t be happier with it.
