Such a terrible experience with this company!! I booked a glass replacement for my commercial storefront that was scheduled 4 weeks out. On the day of the install, a technician called me and said he was running behind and couldn’t get to me and my appointment needed to be rescheduled. After being rescheduled for the following week, I received a text message that they still couldn’t fit in my appointment and my money was being refunded…what a waste of my time!! They wouldn’t even give me the decency of a phone call for the terrible inconvenience!! I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

Called twice to see if they could cut a piece of laminated glass for an antique automobile. Both times I was told the lead technician had to be consulted with and I would be called back. No call back after a week, so I went elsewhere and had no problem getting the glass cut. Very disappointing experience from a "reputable" company...

Called for a quote on a windshield replacement. The lady I spoke to had an unfriendly tone. I went with the competitor, and even after adding an extra service, the competitor's price was still much less than Frontier's quote for just the windshield replacement.

I got lucky and insurance covered my broken window but I called frontier glad and the got me in and out faster than I would have thought compared to other glass shops. Very good work and reliable I definitely recommend giving a call if you have a broken window
