Showed up on Saturday morning at 930 for a 10 am appointment for an oil change on my girlfriend’s car. Waited until a few minutes after 10. No one there. Not a professional way to run a business. Will not recommend them to anybody.

It s been awhile since our experience but I can tell u this , to this day we refer to them as wolves in sheep's clothing! I Don t even want them to have the chance to defend themselves because when they do they lie both he and his wife !!! I can tell u this , when they worked on my sons car they claimed to have put in a new exhaust system only later to find out that is was put together with gum spit and glue , it was expensive. The garage we deal with now is honest and wonderful. Be careful and Don t trust good Reviews on this place it could b alot of their friends and family !!!

Went to the Cheektowaga location. Al worked with me at the front desk. Immediately friendly and easy to talk to. Didn't just want to just brush me off. He made time for a real conversation. That makes a difference. Then the shop owner is the one who worked on my car. All around pleasant experience and I am thrilled that I have a shop close by that I trust.

I hired him and gave him several hundred dollars to purchase a convertible top to install on my car. I believe he damaged the vehicle while attempting the installation . He refused to return the vehicle . He used automotive lien law to “obtain possession “of my car. The DMV gave him three citations with fines, but could not reverse the legal decision. Beware.

Rip off artist … went in for a tire air sensor, it failed a few hrs later, went back the next day, and Carlos told me when I explained to him of the situation, (his words) if it’s another sensor that went bad we can’t guarantee it (with an attitude) . instead of going out to check…. I took that 125 at a lost and will never go back… but will tell everyone about my experience…..

My car caught a flat and I never been to this shop I was a walk in and they took care of my tires and explained to me other problems my truck has I felt completely comfortable there and my truck never drove better

total rip off .. very expensive and had to take to another shop to get fixed right .. guy named carlos is not to be trusted .. total conman .. will sell you everything you don't need fast talking salesman and full of B.S. ..the people there are on commission and will take advantage of you.. stay away !!
