Very difficult to reach a human, and when I did they gave me false information. They indicated I could attend a sorting facility to intercept my shipment. Plus the warehouse where the shipment was originating from accidentally held the package for over 5 days. We paid for express 2 day and it took over 7 days. Poor... read full comment
