The employees are always very helpful and polite. I can usually find what I need for general everyday things, which most of the time is cheaper than some other places.

Wish they had more checkout registers. But overall I have always had good customer service at this family dollar. If it gets busy the manager jumps right in to help out, I don't see that happen often at other places.

Impressive they had the drinks I wanted. Other stores were empty.
